Regent College London 2020 Student Business Exhibition

When and where is the event?

Wembley Campus Kingsbury Campus
Auditorium
Tuesday 17 March 2020, 13:00 – 14:30pm
Thursday 19 March 2020, 13:00 – 14:30pm
Saturday 21 March 2020, 13:00 – 4pm

Initially conceived to showcase the amazing things that students are doing, the event aims to create a community of business owners within the college who inspire and motivate one another.

Now in its second year, The Student Business Exhibition provides students with registered businesses with the opportunity to showcase their businesses, increase their audience reach and inspire other students.

All students who exhibit are given the opportunity to learn from our in-house experts in business and entrepreneurship such as Juan Carlos, author of ‘Marketing B2B’ and George Marful, our Digital Marketing Expert who will help students with digital marketing strategies, and in particular, with Search Engine Optimisation.

Last year, we were blown away by the scope and the level of sophistication of student businesses, which ranged from restaurateurs to interior decorators, from party entertainers to language learning initiatives. To make this years’ exhibition BaB (Bigger and Better), we will expand our reach to our students in our second largest campus: Kingsbury.

An event for students organised by students, Kingsbury BA Business student and entrepreneur Abdirahman Farah will lead on organisation of the Exhibition in Kingsbury, and writes:
“‘This business exhibition will give our student entrepreneurs the opportunity to promote their business and inspire others. I am delighted to be involved as an entrepreneur myself and look forward to seeing what businesses my fellow students will present””

The Student Business Exhibition is organised by the Thinking into Character Student Forum. Akosua Bonsu, Director of Studies for Thinking into Character writes: Providing students with a platform to facilitate personal, professional and academic growth and enhancement is a central aim of Thinking into Character. The Student Business exhibition is a great example of our focus on amplifying student success.”
