Wellbeing services at Regent
Our Student Services team provide wraparound support for all students. No matter how you choose to study with us, you can count on our team to provide the help you need to get the most out of your time at Regent.
Mental Health Support
Through our mobile app Mind Connect – Students will have immediate access to bespoke, mental health support information and helplines whenever they need in times of difficulties.
General Wellbeing Support
Confidential support to help you to make most of your studies at Regent College London including one to one wellbeing support sessions to discuss your personal circumstances affecting your studies in strict confidence, wellbeing workshops to help you to develop your emotional intelligence skills and improve your mental health, access to additional academic, career, IT, academic skills support, individual support plans and guidance to access external support services including mental health and counselling services.
External Support
Liaising with external organisations on the students’ behalf, such as Student Finance England for direction with Student Disability Allowance, Child Care Allowance.
Mentoring Scheme
Many Hands is a safe, discreet peer-to-peer mentoring service for students. Specifically aimed at mature students, Black, Asian or ethnic minority students, or those studying creative subjects. We will match you with someone on our trained team of mentors from across our partners, who has been on a similar life journey, or faced similar challenges, and can help you to be at your best while studying.
