The Academic Staff Development (ASD) programme is RCL’s CPD initiative, designed to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. It provides RCL staff opportunities to share good practice, practical knowledge, and fresh insights, while supporting participants’ development as lecturers and scholars.
Building on this ethos, the ASD programme offers an evolving series of workshops and discussions led by colleagues and experts. Previous sessions have explored a wide range of themes related to practical teaching and learning strategies; academic and professional practice; and colleagues’ personal research including:
