Will oversees Regent College London’s academic governance and quality assurance frameworks.
He has worked in higher education for 20 years, beginning as a policy adviser at the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and then moving to the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), where he was an Executive Director with overall responsibility for reviews of universities, further education colleges and private providers between 2014 and 2019. After leaving QAA, Will set up his own consultancy business providing advice and guidance to a wide range of providers on quality assurance and enhancement, higher education regulation and degree awarding powers. Will joined Regent College London in autumn 2020.
