Steve Phillips

Steve Phillips is former Chair of the English UK Board. Before joining Regent he was at Mander Portman Woodward (MPW) as Director international. He was a managing director at British Study Centres looking after transnational education and university pathways and a Director at Regent’s University London for 15 years. Steve has worked in the international education industry for over 30 years as a school owner, in private higher education, and in the not-for-profit sector. He taught, and studied, at Moscow State Linguistic University Russia in the 1990s. He is TEFLQ (Cambridge Delta) and is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
