Rebecca holds a postgraduate degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as an MBA from the University of Salford.
An experienced academic leader, Rebecca has a strong track record of successfully implementing large-scale change projects, building innovative and collaborative teams, driving positive student outcomes, and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external professional and institutional regulators.
Rebecca is deeply engaged in governance and quality in the higher education sector, contributing her expertise to multiple committees and steering groups, including the Student Experience Committee, International Higher Education Committee, Racial Equality Charter Steering Group, UUKStep Steering Committee, and UK Black Awarding Gap Network.
She is also a member of the Manchester Law Society Education Committee and has previously served as a judge for the prestigious Manchester Legal Awards.
