Emilia Bland

Emilia is the Head of Marketing at Regent College London, where she directs the strategic vision of marketing and recruitment campaigns. Since taking the leadership role on in March 2024, Emilia has leveraged her extensive experience in digital communications, stakeholder management, and strategic marketing to drive the college’s promotional efforts.

Prior to her current role, Emilia served as Marketing Manager for Integrated Strategic Campaigns at Regent College London from September 2023 to March 2024. She initially joined Regent as an Associate Marketing Manager in November 2021, where she focused on content management, paid social media, and team leadership.

Emilia’s career includes a significant tenure at the University of Warwick as a Digital Marketing Executive from April 2019 to October 2021. There, she honed her skills in social media management, digital communications, and content strategy. Before this, she held various roles at Carlsberg Group, including Digital Communications and Corporate Affairs Executive, where she managed sustainability strategies, partnerships, and PR campaigns.

Emilia’s early career involved roles in event planning and international admissions at the University of Northampton, as well as positions in event management with UUSIA Network and Social Business International Oy in Finland.

Emilia’s comprehensive background in marketing strategy, digital communications, and project management, combined with her strong leadership abilities, ensures the continued growth and prominence of Regent College London in the education sector.
