As Head of Marketing at Regent College London (RCL), Emilia Bland leads a dynamic team driving strategic marketing and student recruitment initiatives. She oversees key areas including paid media, CRM and automation, SEO, website optimisation, market insights, content creation, and branding, ensuring a seamless integration of data-driven insights with creative execution. Under her leadership, RCL’s marketing strategy is designed to enhance student engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support institutional growth.
Emilia brings extensive experience from both the higher education and corporate sectors. Prior to RCL, she worked at the University of Warwick, where she specialised in social media management, digital communications, and content strategy. She also contributed to digital communications and corporate affairs at Carlsberg Group, managing sustainability initiatives, partnerships, and PR campaigns.
Her early career included roles in event planning, international admissions, and event management across higher education and business networks in both the UK and Finland, including the University of Northampton, UUSIA Network, and Social Business International Oy.
A CIM Member (MCIM), Emilia is recognised for her expertise in marketing strategy and leadership. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), reflecting her commitment to innovation and social impact in marketing.
