As Group Marketing and Communications Director at Regent College London (RCL), Emilia Bland leads the strategic direction of marketing and communications across the organisation. She oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for paid media, CRM and automation, SEO, website performance, market insights, content creation, brand development, and public relations.

She brings extensive experience from both the higher education and corporate sectors. Before joining RCL, Emilia worked at the University of Warwick, specialising in digital communications.  Her corporate background includes roles at Carlsberg Group, where she managed sustainability communications, strategic partnerships, and PR campaigns.

Emilia’s early career included work in international admissions, event planning, and stakeholder engagement across the UK and Finland, with organisations such as the University of Northampton, UUSIA Network, and Social Business International Oy.

A Chartered Institute of Marketing Member (MCIM) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), Emilia is recognised for her expertise in integrated marketing strategy, creative leadership, and delivering impact-driven campaigns across complex organisations.
