Regent College London (RCL) is proud to report exceptional results in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2025, outperforming the England sector benchmark across every major category. These results highlight the strength of our teaching, student support and inclusive learning environment.
The NSS, conducted between January and April 2025, gathers anonymous feedback from non-final-year undergraduate students across the UK. RCL achieved a 70% response rate, reflecting a strong level of student engagement.
Headline results
- 90% expressed satisfaction with the teaching quality on their course (vs England benchmark: 87%)
- 90% expressed satisfaction with RCL’s assessment and feedback (vs 81%)
- 89% expressed satisfaction with RCL’s learning opportunities (vs 84%)
- 87% expressed satisfaction with RCL’s organisation and management (vs 79%)
- 87% expressed satisfaction with RCL’s student voice (vs 78%)
Leading in transparency, fairness and engagement
In addition, several individual results demonstrate sector-leading performance, particularly in areas related to fairness, communication and the student learning journey:
- 94% said assessments allowed them to demonstrate what they’ve learned (vs 85%)
- 91% said marking criteria were clear (vs 78%)
- 87% said their feedback is acted on (vs 68%)
- 92% said their course supports the skills they need for the future (vs 85%)
