RCL and Hodge Jones & Allen launch Personal Injury Clinic to offer free legal advice to the general public

Regent College London (RCL) and Hodge Jones & Allen are excited to announce the launch of a new Personal Injury Clinic aimed at providing free legal advice to the general public. This collaboration seeks to assist individuals who are otherwise unable to access justice while offering invaluable hands-on experience to law students.

The Clinic is set to launch in June and will provide complimentary legal consultations and support to those needing assistance with personal injury claims. Clients can access this service through various platforms, including Zoom, Teams, telephone, or by visiting the Clinic in person.

Daniel Denton, a Partner and Personal Injury Lawyer at Hodge Jones & Allen, will work to guide and mentor RCL students specialising in personal injury law. Participation in the Clinic offers students a chance to apply their academic knowledge in real-life scenarios, enhancing their education and professional growth.

RCL began offering Law Programmes in 2022 and now provides an array of esteemed courses encompassing a broad spectrum of subjects. Legal academics at RCL also participate in significant research expertise in civil, international, and social justice law.

“We are thrilled to partner with Hodge Jones & Allen to launch our new Personal Injury Clinic. This initiative not only supports individuals in need, but undoubtedly enriches our students’ learning experiences by providing practical insights into personal injury law and the complexities of negligence claims.”

Reflecting on the collaboration, Daniel Denton added:

“Partnering with RCL presents a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of personal injury claims and ensure they are accessible to all. Working with the talented Law team at Regent College London, and the dedicated law students will undoubtedly broaden their understanding and expertise in this vital area of law.”

This innovative partnership between RCL and Hodge Jones & Allen underscores their combined commitment to social justice and education, aiming to make a meaningful difference in the community while preparing the next generation of legal professionals.
