Turkiz has been Head of Admissions at RCL since 2023. She is particularly motivated by shaping the early stages of the student journey, supporting inclusive access to education whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Turkiz enjoys building and leading high-performing teams with clear accountability, creating structured and supportive environments, where individuals can grow in confidence and capability.
Turkiz holds an MSc in Global Management and Marketing. She has nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, with a background in admissions, enrolment, student recruitment and transnational education (TNE).
Turkiz has held a range of leadership roles across the sector, focusing on education management, team leadership and strengthening well-structured and effective operations.
