As CEO Office Associate at RCL, Sharanie Pankaj works closely with Professor Selva Pankaj (Group Chairman, Regent Global) and Dr Tharshiny Pankaj (Principal, RCL). She contributes to global communications, leads key events and supports financial planning across the organisation.
Sharanie leads Regent Global’s NextGen Team, shaping its strategic direction and coordinating initiatives across the UK, UAE, USA, Europe and India. She also co-leads the Human 2.0 project, driving the adoption of AI tools across Regent Global’s operations to improve efficiency and innovation.
