As Dean of Business at RCL, Dr Richard Oddy is passionate about recruiting, retaining and supporting high-quality faculty, which includes mentoring, fostering and professional development.
Richard’s previous roles include Head of Department and Deputy Head of College at Birmingham City University, as well as being the Co-Founder and Chair of the Association for Continuing Education in Esports. He is currently an external examiner for the University of West London and Plymouth Marjon University.
Richard’s career highlights include developing and launching a brand-new suite of courses which achieved national recognition. The growth of these courses led to the creation of an academic department which Richard managed and led.
