Dr Siobhán Strike, BA PhD

Dr Siobhán Strike has been in academia for over 30 years. She has a keen passion for improving lives through education and takes satisfaction in supporting individuals to achieve their ambitions.

As Associate Dean at Regent College London (RCL), Dr Strike works across departments to develop policies, processes and practices that will positively impact the College’s culture and mission. Delivering a positive teaching experience for staff and an enriching learning experience for students is a top priority.

Dr Strike holds a PhD from the University of Ulster and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Limerick.

Prior to joining RCL, Dr Strike served as Deputy Dean of the University of Roehampton’s School of Life and Health Sciences, where she was a versatile and solution-focused leader, collaborator and innovator in education, research and management.

Dr Strike’s research portfolio featured multi-disciplinary international collaborations with industry and clinical partners as well as other universities. Career highlights include developing and delivering the School of Life and Health Sciences’ teaching, learning and assessment strategy, which resulted in excellent metrics in student satisfaction, continuation and employability across undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

In addition, Dr Strike has worked on applied research to enhance the rehabilitation of athletes and people with a disability. She has produced multiple scientific publications, videos and other media tools and contributed to TV programmes.
