Mr Fidel Gonzalez

Fidel is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science with an MSc (Econ) in International Relations. He has been teaching and lecturing for ten years and specialises in Business Organisational Theory, Marketing, and HR issues. Prior to joining Regent College, he has held Lecturing positions at Oxford Business College and Waltham International College. He has also worked in Madrid designing and delivering courses on Project Management, Communication Skills, Leadership, and Team Building, mentoring, coaching, and training senior executives in blue-chip organisations. Before working in Higher Education, Fidel was a Partner in an international research company with clients in retail and consumer packaged goods industries. He also Chaired high profile international retail industry events in areas such as logistics, e-tailing, and convenience retailing. With over 25 years in the consulting business, Fidel brings his own blend of academic training and practical business experience, helping students to apply what they learn at University to their own professional environments. He is an excellent communicator, always seeking to motivate and inspire students.
