He is a passionate professional with strategic leadership exposure, over 25 years of financial and business management experience in the public, charity, and private sectors. Also a Higher Education (HE) academic with teaching delivery experience in Entrepreneurship, Accounting & Finance, Management, and Business, and he has strategic project management exposure too.
Mr Ibrahim Adewusi
He is currently leading a £10million Community Project in the capacity of Hon Project Coordinator. A strategic lead of all functions, including mitigation of risks; develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices; and reviews high-level deliverables, with direct reporting to the Project Board.
He leads the teaching and student supports in the following Pearson Business Modules:
Unit 42: Planning for Growth. This unit provides students with an appreciation of how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) develop and grow. Students will learn about and apply techniques for identifying opportunities for growth and appraise options for achieving growth, including via collaboration.
Unit 1: Business & Business Environment The aim of this unit is to provide students with background knowledge and understanding of business, the functions of an organisation, and the wider business environment in which organisations operate.
Unit 9: Entrepreneurial Ventures This unit provides students with an understanding of the definition and scope of entrepreneurship and an understanding of the enablers and barriers to business start-ups. Students will learn about the influence of national culture and economy on entrepreneurship. They will explore the personal characteristics of entrepreneurs and the impact of personal situational factors, including education and background.
Unit 11: Research Report, The aim of this unit, is to offer students the opportunity to engage in sustained research in a specific field of study. The unit enables students to demonstrate the capacity and ability to identify a research theme, to develop research aims, objectives, and outcomes, and to present the outcomes of such research in both written and verbal formats.
Unit 17 Understanding & Leading Change The aim of this unit is to prepare students to anticipate, plan and deliver organisational change. In addition, students will be able to predetermine appropriate and timely interventions required to maximise the benefits and minimise the risk of organisational change.
