As Head of Academics at RCL, Jenny Fletcher is proud to work with colleagues to discover their strengths, nurture their talents and encourage them to develop a growth mindset.
Jenny has been part of the RCL community since early 2020. She initially joined the Customer Service team on a temporary basis before progressing to the role of Officer and then Manager. By summer 2023, Jenny was Head of Customer Service. She stepped into the role of Head of Academics in summer 2024.
Prior to her career at RCL, Jenny worked at Our Daily Bread Ministries, an international Christian organisation based in India. Her seven-year journey began with taking a volunteer position before eventually working to achieve the role of Director of the Ministry Development, Member of Board & Authorised Signatory. Jenny’s responsibilities included planning and implementing initiatives that would ensure excellent customer service.
Jenny holds a BSc Nutrition & Dietetics and an MSc Food Service Management & Dietetics from University of Madras, India. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management from the Eastern Institute of Technology, New Zealand.
