Dr. Shobha has been into academic and teaching in HE sectors since 2018 in the UK; prior to venturing into the academic field, she had 11 years of experience as an HR practitioner and consultant in the corporate sector. she was associated with large & reputed organizations and worked on many complex projects and assignments. She has strong experience in team building, strategic framework implementations, HR life cycle projects and Organizational development projects. She was awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in 2021 from the University of the West of Scotland; her research focus was on Digital Transformation, exploring the adoption mindset for digital transformation in the FSI sector.
She secured distinction in her MBA specializing in Human Resource and Marketing modules, Prince2 certified, and recently obtained her FRSA fellowship. She is passionate about her methodology of integrating professional experiences and knowledge to elevate the learning curve of her students.
