Dr. Rupesh Rai

Rupesh Rai (Member, IEEE) received the M.Eng. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Thapar University, India, in 2004 and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Kent in 2020. From 2007 to 2012, he was an Associate Professor and the Principal of Tantia University. From 2012 to 2013, he worked as an Associate Professor and the Head of the ECE Department, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. I have experience teaching in UK at various FE colleges Level 3, 4 and 5.

He has authored over 20 technical papers in the field of wireless communications, including IEEE ICC and VTC. He has published 4 Transactions on wireless communications and the IEEE Journal of Communications. His research interests include a wide range of wireless communications, radio resource management of the emerging technologies in 6G networks, fog/edge computing, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), cloud computing-based radio access networks, interference management, simulation, and performance analysis of next generation wireless communication networks. He has served as a Reviewer in several IEEE ComSoc conferences, such as ICC, VTC, and so on. He has also served as a Reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Communications (TCOM) and IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (TWC).
