Syed is a huge people’s person and has spent several years working with animals. He was a professional online gamer but after his graduation, a serendipitous event inspired him to get into Networking and IT support. He finds it fascinating to investigate problems and troubleshooting them remotely from one end of the world.
When he is not working he plays online games or graphics designing.
As an IT Support Technician at Regent College London, his duties include:
- Configuring computer systems, printers, and scanners
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Administrating office 365, adding users, recovering deleted emails/compliance management, licensing, Skype for Business, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
- Migrating mailboxes from one Office 365 tenant to another
