Stephen’s philosophy has always been that achieving your goal is only a small part of demonstrating your full potential. There will always be many challenges and barriers in life that we will all need to deal with, and having the right mindset is the key to overcoming these regular challenges and barriers that we face. From a personal perspective, he has had to deal with many challenges and barriers during his lifetime, and he has been able to use the most effective tools to progress his situation positively forward.
As a Careers Adviser/Consultant with over 23 years experience, achieving an MSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Guidance, a Diploma in Careers Guidance Parts 1 and 2, a Diploma for Connexons’ Personal Advisers and a BA (Hons) in Psychology with Social Studies, and also being offered the chance to do a PhD in Occupational Psychology. Through using this approach in assisting his students/learners, through understanding their inner motivations and passions, recognising the importance of psychology in their actions and also having the ability to teach others how to view their situation differently and to explore a range of possible solutions to achieve a more successful outcome. Having a solution-focused approach to his work, keeps him highly motivated, enthusiastic, energised and extremely passionate to take on another interesting case in order to meet your very important needs.
