Quality Enhancement Manager
Rajib’s career in Higher Education commenced in 2010 after having worked in the development sector in South Asia for 6 years. Prior to moving to the United Kingdom, he worked in the field of Electoral Reforms (for CIDA, USAID and The National Election Observation Council) and subsequently as a Business Consultant for a DFID project aimed at working conditions improvement solutions for Micro and Small Enterprise sectors. Within HE, Rajib initially managed a couple of franchise programmes from Swansea Metropolitan University and University of London before joining the London Business School of Wrexham Glyndwr University in 2012. He worked at the University for 7 years and was an integral member in the Strategic Planning and restructuring of the school and in 2014 as a Senior Lecturer, was promoted to the role of Curriculum Lead. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, he is well versed in pedagogic theory and practice and has extensive experience of curriculum review, development and validation.
Rajib’s primary responsibilities relate to the development and management of the Postgraduate School at Regent College London. He also has overall responsibility for overseeing curriculum delivery and the implementation of quality enhancement across all disciplines.

Research papers and publications
Rajib is currently pursuing a Doctoral Research in Sociology / Social Anthropology at Wilberforce Institute for the Study of Slavery and its Emancipation, University of Hull. His research aims to analyse differential factors contributing to the marginality of gender diverse communities and sexual minorities in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan and their vulnerabilities.
