His current research activities focus on entrepreneurship, SMEs, organisational change, and performance from the financial and economic perspective within formal and informal institutional contexts.
He has spent the last three years teaching Business Strategy, International Business, Operations Management, Management and Organisation Behaviour at levels 5,6 and 7. He has two years of experience teaching Academic Skills and Studying with Confidence, Digital Marketing, at foundation and level 4. He has been a dissertation supervisor, McGraw Hill lead for business programmes and course leader for Management and Organisational Behaviour for 1 year”.
