Customer Support Officer
Sk Noman holds a BA (General) from University of Calcutta and a Diploma Certificate in Computer Hardware and Networking. Sk has worked in a range of industries, ranging from BPO and KPO to Educational sectors in both national and international MNCs, more recently within the education sector in an Administrative department. Within the Administrative department Sk has administered IELTS Examinations, developing Teams of Invigilators, also worked as an Admission Support Executive for Cape Breton University Canada, and supporting students with their admission related queries.
At Regent Group, Noman supports the business by taking responsibility for a range of Customer Support tasks and works closely with the leadership team on providing better support and Swift processing of Student requests and queries.
