Head of Student Services
Noaman has been working at Regent College London since 2016. Over the years, he has supported numerous group projects, working closely with other senior colleagues relating to partnerships and relationship building. His career in the education sector since 2010 has involved working with a wide variety of educational institutes on both, a large and small scale across London. Noaman holds an extensive range of experience within Customer Service & Operations Management, Student Support & Mental Wellbeing, Registry and leading on cross functional projects whilst studying to become a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner.
As Head of Student Services, Noaman is responsible for all Customer Service experience from initial contact to graduation and beyond. Key focuses in his leadership are customer service & satisfaction, student risk and progression management, management of administrative support to all schools of academia, support & mental wellbeing management, student voice & representation, external recognition and involvement and developing effective systems dovetailed to efficiency in working.
