Mohammad T Islam
Head of School of Business and Enterprise
Mohammad joined Regent College London in July 2019 as Director of Studies (DOS) of the School of Business and Enterprise. In September 2020, he has been promoted as Head of Business School and Enterprise. Mohammad has 11-year teaching, leadership and quality enhancement experience in the UK higher education sector.
Prior joining to Regent College London, Mohammad had worked as Head of Business Department for eight years with London College UCK overseeing the delivery of Pearson HND and University of Derby Business Management programmes. As a Head of Business Department, Mohammad led the academic team successfully and managed the programme delivery; marking; internal & external moderation process and contributed to the university curriculum development and programme validation.
Mohammad had also worked 4-years as an External Examiner (EE) for OTHM qualifications, an awarding body. As an EE, he was responsible for ensuring quality of student works to be certified from OTHM qualifications. Mohammad holds an MBA from the University of Greenwich and an MEd degree from London Metropolitan University.
As a Head of School of Business and Enterprise, Mohammad leads the academic operations of School of Business and Enterprise and drives the growth of the School. The School of Business and Enterprise prides itself delivering various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in partnership with University of Bolton, Buckinghamshire New University, University of Northampton and Pearson. Mohammad has the responsibility for planning the delivery and monitoring the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of curriculum at the School.
