Customer Support Officer
Madhusmita has completed M.A. (Hons), from Gauhati University. She joined Regent Group in April 2022 as a Customer Support Officer. Like a soldier, she runs behind the problem till she solves it and believes in delivering on the spot. She listens to student’s problems at all times, especially when it has to do with their academic, social, or emotional lives, and suggest solutions where necessary and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
