Jonathan holds a BA (Hons) Management Studies Degree and a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Practice (Level 3). Jonathan is currently looking forward to completing the CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management (Level 5). Jonathan has worked in a range of industries, ranging from governmental and financial services to, more recently within the education sector in a generalist Human Resources position. Within HR Jonathan has led in-house recruitment and onboarding, developing company policies and procedures, carrying-out educational audits and HR projects, and supporting employees with their HR related queries. At Regent Group, Jonathan supports the business by taking responsibility for a range of HR tasks and works closely with the leadership team on human resource planning and management activities.
