Jasmin joined Regent in 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator. Upon graduating with a degree from Bournemouth University, she then started working for a small business travel company arranging accommodation for one of their accounts. After this she moved to central London to start working at a concierge in the travel department. Here work was geared towards the luxury market, arranging holidays for their high net worth clients, so customer service had to be to a very high standard. Travel is also a passion of Jasmin’s, having travelled a lot around Europe but also Peru and Southern India were high lights. She now utilises her customer service skills at Regent College London, where she works on the front-line calls and administration.
