Dr Shohail Choudhury
A fellow of the Advance Higher Education Academy (HEA) Shohail has over 10 years of experience in teaching. He mainly teaches Strategic Management, HR/OB and Research Methodology modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. As a visiting lecturer he is currently teaching MBA students of the University of East London as well as under/post-graduate business students of Coventry University London. He is also an online adjunct faculty of Niccolo Cusano Italian University.
Other than teaching he has 10 years of public service and policymaking experience as a member of Bangladesh Civil Service (administration). Shohail has also worked as an executive trainer and a project manager of UNDP.
He completed his PhD from King’s College London in 2006, which investigated strategy and policy change of organisations. He also did his PGDip in Education from King’s College London in 2017.
Shohail is a member of Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and a steering committee member of Research Methodology SIG of the British Academy of Management (BAM). He also works as a reviewer of the Cogent Business Management Journal. Shohail’s research interests include both theoretical and pedagogic research in Strategic Management and Research Methodology. Currently, he is researching on online learning & student engagement and artificial intelligence & business decision making.
