Dr Qudoos Yousuf

Dr. Qudoos Yousuf is the Head School of Engineering and Creative Sciences at Regent College London. He has Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree with MSc and PhD in the same field. He has wealth of experience of working in vocational training industry with over 15 years of teaching, leadership and management experience in FE and HE sector. He is expert in curriculum design for engineering and technology. He has published several articles in the field. Before joining Regent College, he also planned and designed curriculum for the exclusive aeronautical college in UK for LSEC, in addition to management of apprenticeship programme for Rolls-Royce, Uniper and Ford of Britain. His research interests and the area of expertise are Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Digital communication, Signal processing, AI and Bio-medical.
- Extensive experience in curriculum design, course standardisation, staff management, course accreditation, quality control, internal verifier; lead IV, assessment and examination board meetings in order to ensure curriculum qualifications and training products which meet the needs of local employers, ensuring that there is close alignment with key labour market intelligence.
- Extensive experience in teaching STEM (Engineering) subjects in specialist areas of Aeronautical/Aerospace, Railways and Manufacturing in addition to general Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from level 2 to level 6 and postgraduate.
