Dr BM Razzak is a Lecturer at Regent College London. BM started his teaching profession since 2005 in Bangladesh. He teaches Level 4 to 7 in HE Colleges and Universities both in the UK and overseas. In the UK, BM teaches at the Regent College London and London Metropolitan University. Prior to that, BM taught at Northern University Bangladesh from 2006 to 2008 and the University of Business & Technology (BUBT) in 2005.

BM did PhD and MSc in Management and Business Studies Research from Kingston University London in 2017 and completed MA Management from the University of Greenwich in 2009. BM completed BBA (Hons) in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, 2005. BM is a fellow of HEA.

In about three year more at Regent College London, BM delivered modules to large group of students (Level 4 & 5) within the HND Business programme. He taught of HND include Human resource management, Organisational Behaviour, Research Project, Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Innovation and Commercialisation, Management. He develops course materials and scheme of work. He also involves in assessments and marking schemes.

BM is a small and medium enterprises (SMEs) researcher of Bangladeshi origin SMEs in the UK and he focuses on the employees working life to triumph in academia. BM’s research interest in employees working life, SMEs, job satisfaction, employees training, and HRM in contemporary organisations. He published six papers in international and national journals:
