Academic Support Officer
Dalton’s career in the higher education sector spans over a decade. In his early years, he was an accounting lecturer specialising in Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting and Financial Management for Professional Accountancy bodies like ACCA and CIMA. He did this for about 4 years. He has also taught various other business units for other awarding bodies like Association of Business Executives and OTHM.
Dalton has worked for several private and public Higher Education institutions as a tutor, lecturer, seminar leader and programme leader. Up until recently before joining Regent College, he was the Director of Studies for a private HE college with responsibility for leading the academic faculty in the UK and the UAE.
He is qualified as a professional accountant in 2009 and shortly after a Master of Business Administration degree from Anglia Ruskin University. In 2018he became a Fellow of the Advance Higher Education after completing a Post Graduate Certificate in teaching and learning.
He is passionate about imparting knowledge and helping students and he has immersed a wealth of experience through working with students from across the globe.
