The FdSc Business Management degree will provide you with an intellectual insight into the exciting world of Business and its difference sectors.

Our FdSc Business Management Course allows you to look at different aspects of Business Management, whilst developing your existing knowledge and skills on the industry. This stimulating course also helps build on your confidence and academic abilities.

Entry Requirements

You should have a minimum of one GCE A2-level pass (or equivalent), including any subject and five GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English. If English is not your first language you will need to complete a Secure English Language Test at IELTS 5.5 or equivalent. You may be required to attend an interview and/or provide a portfolio of work.

Additional Criteria

  • Students with non-traditional qualifications but relevant experience or a suitable portfolio of work which is deemed a reasonable substitute for the entry qualifications may be made an offer.
  • Normally, two or more years of work experience at a managerial/supervisory/admin level relevant to the programme applied for. This must be evidenced via a personal statement, work experience form and successful interview, and supported by employment reference(s) indicating the duration of employment and the role

These are our standard entry requirements, but we may consider lowering these for students that perform well in interview.

You will also be asked to attend an academic interview. Suitability for entry to our programmes can be demonstrated in several ways and is not limited to academic qualifications alone.
